Offering online individual psychotherapy for young adults, rooted in somatic, trauma-informed, parts-work, and intersectional approaches. Therapy focuses on strengthening the mind-body connection while making space for the different parts of your experience.

Facilitating Dance/Movement Therapy spaces that use movement, creativity, and embodied expression to explore emotional well-being, connection, and self-awareness. Available for workplaces, NGOs, educational institutions, and community groups.
Offering supervision for early-career therapists, alongside experiential workshops and training programs for psychology students and mental health professionals. Topics include trauma-informed practice, somatic approaches, creative arts, grief, counselling skills, and more.

Learning Spaces & Collaborations
Open to collaborating with organisations, NGOs, institutions, and independent practitioners on mental health initiatives, short-term projects, and co-created programs. Bringing an intersectional, community-centred lens to creative and meaningful mental health work.
