Dance/ Movement Therapy is a specialized psychotherapeutic method that uses movement and creative expression to further socio-emotional, cognitive and somatic integration. Offering group sessions for workplaces, NGOs, educational institutions and self created groups.

Offering diverse training workshops & courses for aspiring psychologists and mental health professionals. Exploring themes around culturally sensitive counseling skills, trauma-informed work, intersectionality, somatic approaches and so on. Offering trainings in collaboration with departments of universities and collges.

Offering online & in-person therapy sessions for young adults (18 - 35 years). My work is rooted in somatic, trauma-informed, parts work and intersectional approaches. It aims to facilitate a process that helps you bridge and strengthen the connection between the mind and body.
Mental Health Sensitization & Psychoeducation
Offering mental health sensitization and psychoeducation programs for educational institutions, welfare societies, workplaces and intervention centers. Covering themes such as navigating emotions, suicide prevention, relationships, neurodivergence, anxiety, the queer community, and diversity & inclusion, these sessions foster awareness, understanding, and a more supportive approach to mental health
Supervision for
Early Career Therapists
A small, ongoing supervision space for therapists in the early years of practice (0–2 years), to reflect on client work, process challenges, and build a more embodied, sustainable way of practicing.
Mental Health Initiatives & Projects
Offering support for mental health initiatives and short-term projects through an intersectional lens. Open to collaborating with organizations and independent practitioners to co-create meaningful, community-centered work
