Radhika Goel

Hey there!
I'm Radhika Goel
My pronouns are she/her.

I’m a Counseling Psychologist, Dance/Movement Therapy Facilitator, and PoSH Trainer based in New Delhi, India. My work is rooted in somatic, trauma-informed, and intersectional approaches. It aims to facilitate a process that helps you bridge and strengthen the connection between the mind and body. I believe that the body holds more than we know and my approach centers around finding ways to assess the body in a safe way.
I deeply believe that healing is not about being a better version of yourself. It is about accepting all versions of yourself, especially the ones that are the most difficult to understand.
I am well aware of the role that social and political structures can play in shaping our understanding of self and the world. I actively work towards decoding and challenging these systems, integrating an intersectional, queer affirmative and contextual lens.

Over the years, I have facilitated Dance Movement Therapy (DMT) programs, mental health workshops, psychology and counseling training programs, group interventions, and support group spaces across workplaces, corporates, NGOs, and educational institutions. My practice blends movement and expressive arts with mental health, creating interactive and creative spaces that honor individual and shared experiences.

I am also a registered professional member of Indian Association of Dance Movement Therapy (IADMT) for the past 2 years.
Before stepping into an independent practice, as a former entrepreneur, I founded and led a mental health organization, Limelighting Life Collective, from 2020 to 2024, managing multiple teams and training 35+ students in counseling skills, mental health sensitivity, leadership, outreach, and content strategy. With hands-on experience in organizational management and team leadership, I bring a dynamic and strategic approach to creating impactful mental health initiatives. This experience shaped my understanding of mental health beyond individual healing—it deepened my commitment to advocacy, systemic change, and community care.
