Hey! I’m Radhika, a Counselling Psychologist and Dance Movement Therapy Facilitator.

Therapy with me is a space to slow down, feel, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. My approach is collaborative, systems- and trauma-informed, and I draw deeply from somatic (body-based) practices and movement.

For me, therapy is not about striving to be a “better” version of yourself. It’s about accepting all versions of you—especially the ones that feel hardest to understand or make space for.

I work with individuals (18 to 40 years) navigating a variety of concerns, including trauma, somatic presentations, anxiety, grief and loss, growth and development, identity explorations, self-worth, stress management, career and workplace issues, relationship challenges, life transitions, and adjustment difficulties. ​

Process to Start Sessions
If you’re curious about starting this work together, here’s how the process unfolds:
Fill the Intake Form
A short form where you share basic details about yourself and what brings you to therapy. This helps me understand your needs and prepare for our first conversation.
15-Minute Query Call
We’ll schedule a brief audio call to connect, answer your questions, and check if we’re a good fit for each other.
Agreement & Payment
If we decide to move forward, I will email you a counseling agreement to read and sign (via Google Form), along with payment details and process to book your first session.
First Session
Once that is done, we schedule your first full session. We'll work together at a pace that feels safe and manageable for you.
After you submit the form, I’ll reach out to schedule our 15-minute discovery call within 48 hours.

Duration: 50 minutes per session

Mode: Online (Google Meet)

Frequency: Weekly, to allow space for rest, reflection, and integration (can be adjusted as needed)

Fee: Shared during query call; to be paid within 2 hours of booking the slot

Cancellation Policy: 24 hours’ notice required once a slot is booked; otherwise, the full session fee will be charged
Things You Might Be Wondering

Do I need to know what to talk about before starting?
Not at all. We’ll explore together at your pace.

Do I need to share past trauma?
No, we start with where you are at. Revisit difficult space only when you are ready. We move at your pace.

What if I’m not sure therapy is for me?
That’s okay. The discovery call is for exploring, not committing.

What if I’ve never tried therapy before?
That’s okay. The discovery call is a gentle first step to see how it feels.

Is it only talk-based?
No, when helpful, I integrate grounding, breathwork, and other somatic practices to support your wellbeing.

How long will therapy take?
This depends on your goals, pace, and needs. We’ll review progress together and decide what feels right.

Will what I share be confidential?
Yes. Everything shared in therapy is confidential, with the usual limits required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others).
